By accessing the website starintech.in or engaging STARINTECH for software engineering, web design, mobile development, or automation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
All project scopes, deliverables, milestones, payment schedules, and technical requirements are defined within individual Statements of Work (SOW) or written quotations. Any modifications to deliverables must be agreed upon in writing through documented change requests.
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted custom development, the client receives ownership rights to the bespoke code and visual assets created specifically for their application, subject to standard open-source library licenses and third-party dependencies used in construction.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, assets (such as logos, copy, and product catalogs), and necessary API credentials required for seamless project execution. Delays in client feedback may impact agreed delivery dates.
STARINTECH delivers software engineered to agreed functional specifications. While we perform thorough quality assurance, we do not warrant that software operation will be entirely uninterrupted or immune to external server or third-party API changes. Maintenance agreements cover ongoing bug resolutions and environment updates.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
